Our main goal is for you to choose the exact variations that will fulfill your needs.
Because our work is custom-made to your liking and requirements, the waiting time can be up to 8 weeks.
Once your order is confirmed, you will have five business days to make any last-minute changes. If this time period has passed, any changes will be reviewed, and if they can be made, they will be at an extra cost.
Once your order is confirmed, you have 24 hours to cancel without any cost. If this time has passed, there will be a cancellation fee.
Because our furniture is custom-made, we do not accept returns.
We take pride in our craftsmanship and stand by our work if you encounter any manufacturing defects.
If you receive damaged merchandise, please report it within 24 hours of delivery.
Our warranty covers manufacturing defects for one year from the date of purchase.
